India considers major defence procurement deals
The Defence Acquisition Council is set to review large-scale military procurement proposals. Items on the agenda include new Rafale fighter jets and the domestic Tejas aircraft program. The council will also evaluate an integrated air defence matrix to bolster national security amid regional tensions.
