Police seek help for captive resident
Indian authorities have requested national assistance to rescue a Maharashtra resident allegedly held captive in Myanmar. Local police have filed a formal report after receiving reports of the individual being trafficked into the region. Officials are now coordinating with the Ministry of External Affairs and the National Investigation Agency to facilitate a rescue.
