The FAO has commenced the distribution of seeds and fertilizers to over 200,000 farmers in Nigeria's north-east region. The intervention is designed to bolster food security following recent agricultural projections. Funding for this initiative was provided by international partners, including Japan, Norway, and Switzerland.
