Three dead in Moscow restaurant bombing
🇷🇺 RUSSIA — A suicide bombing at an upscale Moscow restaurant has left three people dead and 21 injured. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin formally characterized the attack as an act of terrorism.
